AOR INSTITUTIONAL GOVERNANCE & POLICY FRAMEWORK
01 | INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & MUTUAL GOVERNANCE
-
The MNDA Protocol: By initializing a diagnostic session, clients enter into a binding Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) designed to protect both the client's financial telemetry and AOR's intellectual property.
-
The Methodology: The AOR Forensic Methodology™, AOR Logic Engine™ and its underlying forensic algorithms are highly confidential, proprietary trade secrets. Unauthorized replication, reverse-engineering, or distribution of this diagnostic architecture is strictly prohibited and legally protected.
-
The Artifacts: The Principal (Client) retains exclusive ownership of the specific reports, diagnostic outputs, and organizational blueprints generated for their entity.
02 | DATA SOVEREIGNTY & PRIVACY ARCHITECTURE
AOR operates under the strict governance of the Sovereignty Protocol™. Your fiscal data remains your exclusive property.
-
Identity Decoupling (PII Zero-Persistence): We employ strict data anonymization. Your personal and corporate identity (PII) is processed in volatile memory and is permanently purged post-session or at your explicit request.
-
TDPSA Data Minimization: To adhere to Texas Data Privacy & Security Act (TDPSA) protocols, all PII and corporate markers are permanently purged upon the termination of the session.
-
Consent-Based Retention (Click-Wrap Protocol): As a permitted exemption under TDPSA, stakeholders may explicitly authorize AOR—via a verified, timestamped click-wrap agreement at the conclusion of a session—to securely retain their Baseline telemetry to expedite future systemic diagnostics. Users retain absolute sovereignty and may revoke this consent to trigger an immediate data purge at any time.
-
Anonymized Telemetry Retention: While personal identifiers are destroyed, anonymized and mathematically aggregated telemetry is retained exclusively to enhance AOR's private industry benchmarking models. AOR does not sell, broker, or share this data with third parties.
03 | SESSION LOGIC & TELEMETRY (COOKIES)
-
Functional Telemetry: AOR utilizes essential Session Logic (cookies) to maintain secure connections. These are utilized exclusively for security verification, portal persistence, and maintaining user-state within our diagnostic gateways.
-
Non-Tracking Protocol: We do not utilize third-party tracking, advertising pixels, or cross-site profiling. Movement through the AOR infrastructure remains private and strictly functional.
04 | INSTITUTIONAL COMPLIANCE & JURISDICTION
-
Governance Standards: AOR Precision Solutions operates as a registered assumed name (DBA) of AOR Professional Services, LLC, a Texas corporate entity established in March 2009. All contractual obligations and legal proceedings are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with primary jurisdiction in Collin County.
-
Security Adherence: Our operational architecture and data handling protocols align with ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27701 standards for information security and privacy information management. AOR is a verified Microsoft AI Cloud Partner.
-
Accessibility: We adhere to WCAG 2.2 benchmarks, engineering our digital gateways to be high-contrast and low-friction for all stakeholders.
-
Professional Indemnity: To ensure institutional stability for our enterprise partners, AOR maintains $2,000,000 Aggregate Technology Errors & Omissions (Tech E&O) and $2,000,000 Aggregate Cyber Liability, with Data Breach standardized within our framework.
05 | DIAGNOSTIC LIMITATIONS & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER
-
Non-Fiduciary Status: AOR Precision Solutions provides algorithmic diagnostics and operational telemetry. We do not operate as certified public accountants (CPAs), registered financial advisors, or legal counsel.
-
Output Nature: The Systemic Integrity Score™ (SIS), Baseline Diagnostics, Comprehensive Diagnostics, Target Diagnostics, and Sovereign Roadmaps are generated exclusively from self-reported telemetry. These outputs are designed for internal strategic alignment and pre-diligence validation. They do not constitute a certified Quality of Earnings (QoE) audit, a formal business valuation, or guaranteed financial advice.
06 | DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS & INQUIRIES
-
TDPSA Execution: Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, stakeholders maintain the right to request confirmation of data processing, request deletion of specific telemetry, or appeal automated systemic decisions.
-
Governance Channel: All privacy, compliance, and data-deletion requests must be routed through official governance channels. Direct inquiries to: governance@aorps.com. Note: This channel is strictly monitored for legal and compliance protocols; commercial or sales inquiries will be automatically purged without response.
07 | PROTOCOL ITERATION & VERSION CONTROL
-
Dynamic Governance: The AOR Logic Engine and its governing policies are subject to continuous security and compliance iterations.
-
Current Version: Version 4.26.1 (Effective: March 2025). AOR reserves the right to update this framework to maintain alignment with international data privacy laws and Microsoft AI Cloud Partner security benchmarks. Continued engagement with AOR constitutes acceptance of the active protocol version.
